You don't need someone in your business every week. You need someone who can come in, diagnose the problem, build the fix, and hand it off clean.

The Partner: Fractional / Ongoing Advisory
For owners who want a strategic partner in their corner, not another employee.
This is for the leader who's making big decisions, hiring decisions, growth decisions, exit decisions, and wants someone who's actually run an agency to think it through with them. Monthly cadence, direct access, no fluff.
Examples of what this looks like:
Monthly strategy sessions with ownership/leadership
Ongoing operational oversight
Sounding board for hiring, comp, and org structure decisions
Available support between sessions when something urgent comes up
Timeline: Ongoing, month to month.
The Backup: Interim Leadership
For agencies between leaders, or leaders who need backup right now.
